Shipping & Returns
Our products are 100% Natural and made in Small Batches to gurantee freshness and a longer Shelf Life, please know that all orders are shipped Wednesdays and Fridays.
We currently offer 2 days or Next Day shipping exclusively via USPS for United States & Puerto Rico. And International Shipping, which timing varies depending on the country (normally 8-12 days). Wise Roots Living LLC is not responsible for random screening of packages at customs and how much this could delay your order to arrive; however, feel free to contact us if you package is taking longer than expected.
Shipping cost varies depending on the service selected, and quantity of products. Shipping costs for each service will be calculated during the checkout process after a shipping address is submitted; please select the desired service in order to proceed with checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have any concern about our products, please send us an email and we’ll help you out with love and patience. Unfortunately and without exception, due to the personalized intensive process required to make each small batch of our Wise Roots Living products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based solely on dissatisfaction. Each product is made with care and love by a small team, we hope you understand, processing returns is very difficult for us. We cannot accept returns on any of our products.
If you receive a product that is in damaged or defective, please send a detailed email within seven days of delivery to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the issue right away in order for you to be pleased and happy to be part of our Wise Roots Living tribe.
If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. In case it applies because you bought our product through a third partner, returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than Wise Roots Living Online Shop may not be returned to us. We do not accept returns but we can definitely help our customers to improve their experience with us.
